Refund policy

At Noor E Qalb, we take pride in delivering premium quality dates, pure natural honey, and carefully prepared Umrah & Hajj gift boxes. Due to the nature of our food products and customized gifting services, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Products

Our items include:

  • Edible products (Dates & Honey)

  • Hygienically packed Sunnah foods

  • Customized Umrah & Hajj Gift Boxes

  • Made-to-order Islamic gifting solutions

Because these are consumable and personalized products, they are not eligible for general returns once delivered.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We only accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong product

  • Packaging was tampered with during delivery

  • Product is defective or unfit for use at the time of delivery

Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

3. Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Unboxing evidence (if possible)

This helps us verify the claim and resolve it quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Opened or partially used food items

  • Customized Umrah/Hajj gift boxes once prepared

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Improper storage after delivery

5. Refund Process (If Approved)

If your claim is verified and approved:

  • A replacement will be sent OR

  • A refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method (where applicable)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, especially for customized gift boxes.

7. Product Care Responsibility

Dates and honey are natural products and must be stored properly after delivery.
Noor E Qalb is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or mishandling by the customer.
