Because these are consumable and personalized products, they are not eligible for general returns once delivered.
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
We only accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:

You received the wrong product

Packaging was tampered with during delivery

Product is defective or unfit for use at the time of delivery
Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Proof Required
To process your request, you must provide:

Unboxing evidence (if possible)
This helps us verify the claim and resolve it quickly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by courier services

Improper storage after delivery
5. Refund Process (If Approved)
If your claim is verified and approved:

A refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method (where applicable)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, especially for customized gift boxes.
7. Product Care Responsibility
Dates and honey are natural products and must be stored properly after delivery.
Noor E Qalb is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or mishandling by the customer.
